Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting activities including scheduling interviews and managing ATS
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain HR records and compliance documentation
- Support benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Plan and execute company events and culture initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years in HR coordination or similar role
- Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of employment law basics
- HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) a plus
