    About the Role

    Support StarNET's rapid growth by coordinating recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate recruiting activities including scheduling interviews and managing ATS
    • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Maintain HR records and compliance documentation
    • Support benefits administration and payroll coordination
    • Plan and execute company events and culture initiatives

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in HR coordination or similar role
    • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Knowledge of employment law basics
    • HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) a plus
